Anonim cokme tanilamasi

Reklam verileri (ucretsiz surum)

Saglik ve ekran kullanimi verileri (istege bagli, yalnizca Android)

Bir aliskanlik icin "Otomatik kaydet"i acarsaniz, uygulama Android'in Health Connect platformundan yalnizca o aliskanligin ihtiyac duydugu veriyi okur: uyku oturumlari, adim sayisi, egzersiz oturumlari (kosu, yuruyus, antrenman, yoga, esneme), mesafe, farkindalik/meditasyon oturumlari ve su tuketimi. Bu veriler Samsung Health, Fitbit, Google Fit gibi sizin izin verdiginiz uygulamalarin Health Connect'e yazdigi verilerdir
Uygulama Health Connect'e hicbir veri yazmaz; yalnizca okuma izni ister ve her veri turu icin izni siz verirsiniz
Ekran suresiyle ilgili aliskanliklar icin, Android'in "Kullanim erisimi" izniyle yalnizca ekranin acildigi ve kapandigi saatler okunur. Hangi uygulamalari kullandiginiz okunmaz ve hicbir yere gonderilmez

3) Ucuncu Taraflar ve Paylasim

Kisisel verileri satmayiz. Veriler yalnizca hizmet icin gerekli oldugunda islenir/paylasilir:

RevenueCat: abonelik dogrulama ve yonetim
Google Play / App Store: odeme ve abonelik islemleri
Google AdMob: ucretsiz surumde reklam gosterimi ve olcumu
Analitik/hata servisleri: kullanim ve performans analizi
Cloudflare: cokme raporlarinin ve geri bildirimlerin destek e-posta kutumuza iletilmesi, odullu reklam dogrulamasi

Ayrica, yetkili personel tarafindan kullanilan bir yonetim paneli (admin panel) uzerinden guvenlik, destek ve operasyon amacli sinirli erisim/inceleme islemleri yapilabilir.

4) Google API Verileri (Limited Use)

Google API'lerinden elde edilen veriler, yalnizca kullanicinin talep ettigi ozellikleri calistirmak icin kullanilir. Reklam hedefleme amaciyla kullanilmaz.

Privacy Policy (English)

This policy applies to VAGames mobile apps and web services, including One Percent Habit.

1) Data We Collect

Account data: email, profile name/image (Google sign-in), app user ID
In-app data: habit records, goals, measurements, notes, progress, notification preferences
Technical data: device/session info, push token, app/OS version, crash and diagnostic data, security logs
Anonymous crash diagnostics: when the app crashes or hits an unexpected error, the technical record (stack trace) is sent to us automatically, together with the app version, Android version, device model, language, the name of the open screen, which settings are on and a shortened hash of a random install ID. Your name, email address, account ID, habits, notes and anything you typed are not sent; email addresses, IDs and file paths are masked before the record leaves the device. This is on by default and can be turned off at any time under Settings > Privacy > Anonymous diagnostics. Reports are not stored on a server; they are forwarded to our support inbox. To prevent flooding, the IP address is used as a short-lived counter (up to one hour) and the country is added to the report
In-app feedback: when you write to us from the app, your message and the email address you choose to leave are forwarded to our support inbox, together with the app version, Android version, device model and language. They are used only to answer you and fix the problem
Subscription data: status, product ID, renewal/cancellation details validated via stores and RevenueCat
Advertising data (free version): the free version shows ads through Google AdMob. Pro subscribers see no forced ads and may still watch optional rewarded ads to earn extra rights. AdMob may collect the advertising ID, approximate location derived from the IP address, device information, ad interactions and diagnostics, which Google uses to serve, measure and personalize ads and to prevent fraud. In the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland you are asked for consent before personalized ads (Google consent); if you decline, limited or non-personalized ads are shown. You can reset or delete the advertising ID in your device's Google settings. When you watch a rewarded ad, Google's server sends us your user ID, the reward type and a transaction ID so we can credit the reward; this is verified through Cloudflare and stored in Supabase. Health and screen-use data (optional, Android only): if you turn on "Record automatically" for a habit, the app reads from Android's Health Connect only the data that habit needs: sleep sessions, steps, exercise sessions (running, walking, training, yoga, stretching), distance, mindfulness sessions and hydration, as written there by apps you allowed, such as Samsung Health, Fitbit or Google Fit. The app never writes to Health Connect and asks for read access per data type. For screen-time habits, Android's "Usage access" is used to read only when the screen turned on and off; which apps you used is never read or sent. Raw records are turned into one value per day on the device (for example "7 h 30 min of sleep" or "6,400 steps"); only that daily value reaches our servers, as your habit record. Raw health records, their times and source apps are not stored or sent. This data is used only for habit tracking. It is not used for advertising, ad personalization or ad measurement, not sold, not used for credit, insurance or similar decisions, and not shared with third parties. You can revoke access at any time under Settings > Privacy > Health data or Screen use, or in Health Connect's settings. Use of Health Connect data complies with the Health Connect permissions policy

3) Sharing and Processors

We do not sell personal data. We use limited sharing with service providers such as Supabase, RevenueCat, Google Play/App Store, Google AdMob (ads in the free version), Cloudflare (forwarding crash reports and feedback to our support inbox, verifying rewarded ads), and analytics/crash tools when required to provide the service.

In addition, authorized personnel may use an internal admin panel for limited access/review operations related to security, support, and service operations.

4) Google API Data (Limited Use)

Google API data is used only to provide user-requested functionality and not used for ad targeting.

5) Retention

Data is kept while accounts are active and for reasonable operational/security periods. On deletion request, data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time except where legal obligations apply.

6) Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards. No internet system is fully risk-free.

7) Your Rights

You can update profile info in-app, manage notification permissions on device settings, and request account/data deletion via support@vagames.net.

8) Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13.

9) International Transfers

Service providers may process data in different countries when required for service delivery.

10) Changes

We may update this policy periodically. Latest version is published on this page.
